Delivery

Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Hongkong and Hangzhou, within 1-3 business days after placing the order. Normally it will take about 7-14 days to arrive.

Our warehouses are open during standard business hours Monday - Friday and are closed during national holidays of the countries where they are located. 


Although rare, if your products are lost in transit we will send new ones to you.

Your items will be safely packaged, we promise you get the 100% perfect item.

Affected by COVID， the delivery time for some countries maybe longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information. Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the logistics center, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.
